Wilted Lettuce

Talk about Southern Comfort food! This wilted lettuce salad I fixed for lunch was absolutely out of this world good. The lettuce and onion was from our garden. Leon likes some salads some times - but this is not one he enjoys. So, I got to eat the whole thing all by myself. Enjoyed each mouthful.
