Ending and Beginning

This is the end of 2009 - been a good year - ending the year with Leon recovering from the surgery. The last six weeks have been quite a challenge for both of us. Patience sometimes ran thin for both of us. Our love for each other has persevered and brought us to this ending of the year.

The calendar for 2010 now is filled with lots of empty spaces - but they will be filled as we go along - may all these days be filled with something that is pleasing to the Lord as that is how I wish to live my life.

Here are some pictures taken Christmas Day.100_2668 100_2667 100_2681 100_2689

Morning Amelia,

I hope by now that Leon is doing much, MUCH better after his surgery and getting around pretty well. Patience is sometimes difficult when you are caring for someone, but just when you think it might run out.....it is usually back in full force :)

Your pictures from Christmas are beautiful. I LOVED having all that beautiful snow. My hubby just called as I was writing this and he is in Lindsay, Oklahoma and it is snowing away there! It is not even showing that it should be in that area. Looks like we might get some flurries in this area.

Hope you and your family have a Happy New Year and enjoy your late Christmas Amelia. I look forward to blogging more with you in 2010.♥

Amelia-

Your pictures are just beautiful. I could sit and look at a scene like that all day---as long as I was bundled up well. ; )

Hope you and your husband have a wonderful new years day. Glad he is recuperating. Caring for someone after surgery is not the easiest thing to do. May God strengthen you as you take care of him.

Looking forward to 2010 in blogland!

I am glad he is doing better. I know it has been hard. But this is the times that make us stronger. It just doesn't seem right though, does it? I am praying for you all. Happy New Year.
