Put a layer of...I cook our bacon in the microwave.<br /><br />Put a layer of paper towels on a microwave safe plate. Add a single layer of bacon. (The slices can overlap a little.)<br /><br />Cover with another layer of paper towels.<br /><br />Microwave for about 4 minutes. Check the bacon and take out any slices that are done. You may need to cook some of the slices a little more. It depends on your microwave.<br /><br />The bacon comes out crispy, which is the way we like it.<br /><br />Clean-up is easy. The paper towels keep the bacon from splattering.<br /><br />We use turkey bacon.<br /><br />And now I want bacon and eggs. But instead of buying the swiffer disposable things, I use a microfiber towel on the mop. It picks up everything! I vacuum it off when full and re-use it. Then when dirty, throw it in the washer.
